The category seeks to reward the initiative that, in the opinion of the adjudication committee, best exploits information and communication technology (ICT) to enhance the conventional interaction between Government and a wide spectrum of stakeholders – whether citizens, entities or other Governments.

The tangible or intangible added value that the initiative provides to its diverse stakeholders.

Administrative Gain

The degree of process and administrative simplification garnered through the implementation of the online solution.

User Experience

The extent to which the solution provides stakeholders with a unique and beneficial online experience through the use of technology.

Innovation

Use of technology to promote an innovative approach to the provision of service within an online service provision context.

The initiative’s objective/s & the situation it is seeking to address.

Interactivity

The degree of tight interactivity that the initiative nurtures between Government and the respective stakeholder.

Content

The degree to which the presented content is clear, appropriate, relevant and engaging.

Creativity

Innovative and creative use of technology to enhance stakeholders’ experience.

Analytics

The capability to monitor, track, report and analyse channel effectiveness.
