This category seeks to recognise and commend the Cloud-based Solution as a Service (SaaS) that, in the opinion of the adjudication committee, best represents distinction and technological innovation in this sector.

1 Innovation

The extent to which this on-demand application has been applied to promote a unique approach, product or service.

2 Flexibility / Capacity / Scalability

The degree of the solution to handle the storage and maintenance of large volumes of data / high processing requirements in an effective manner.

3 Value Added

The tangible and/or intangible benefits that the solution provides to its subscribers.

4 Functionality

The usefulness, applicability and practical application of the solution within its intended business sector.

5 Security

The level to which any sensitive corporate information is secured within an assured and certified environment, including physical, geographic, location.

6 Billing Model

The flexibility of the billing model using a flexible pricing scheme and techniques at different operational levels.

7 Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG)

Recognising those who made a considerable effort to contribute towards environmental sustainability, community welfare and those focusing on good corporate governance.
