Adjudication Criteria
The category seeks to reward the initiative that, in the opinion of the adjudication committee, best represents the attainment of organisational, corporate transformation through the implementation of information and communication technology (ICT) tools.
Main Adjudication Criteria
1 Innovation
Innovative and creative use of ICT to change or enhance existing corporate culture to respond to changing business pressures.
2 Originality
The originality, resourcefulness and creativeness of the transformation towards altering the organisation.
3 Scope
The degree to which workflows, business rules and corporate culture have improved through the introduction of technology.
4 Outcome
The extent to which the organisation enjoys newly acquired competitive advantage through the transformation.
5 External Impact
The degree of change as seen from the point-of-view of the customer, brought about through the transformation.
Bonus Criterion
6 Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG)
Recognising those who made a considerable effort to contribute towards environmental sustainability, community welfare and those focusing on good corporate governance.
